Welcome to my website www.debbieglass.com, your number one source for finding homes in Carver MA Real Estate, Plymouth MA Real Estate, Middleboro MA Real Estate, Plymouth County Real Estate, and surrounding towns.
Experience is the best teacher! The Designations and Certifications that I have earned over the last 20 yrs. have not taught me as much as working with clients from all walks of life. Some were upgrading, some downsizing. Single folks, married couples, families.....everyone on the move.
A change of lifestyle and needs can reflect promise or even desperation. My look may have seen some change, but not my level of commitment and service to my clients regardless of the market conditions.
I continue to serve the South Shore/Plymouth County targeting Carver, Plymouth, Kingston, Middleboro, Wareham, the Bridgewaters and surrounding towns. Amidst this market place of real estate I help you find a home, sell a home.....relocate. Whether it's existing residential, new construction, an antique, horse property, land or a vacation retreat I treat your home as if it is the only one that matters!
Then we lost our home a couple of years later due to financing- and I called Deb to help us with finding a rental property.Since then we rented 2 properties with her assistance. As always, she took the time to show us several apartments and houses, and she kept showing us until we were happy with what we were going with.
Then once we were financially set, we decided to buy again a couple of years later in 2009, and got Debbie involved as we were very familiar with her work ethic and she always came through for us. She also referred me to a mortgage broker named John, who again was another pleasant person to work with and they both made it happen for us.
Debbie not only became our real estate agent, she became a very special lady in our lives, she became a close friend, and we referred her to others in the family.
My dad also used Debbie as his real estate agent and he could not be happier with the service he received.
I cannot express enough gratitude I have for this women as she really is a professional person and a compasionate lady
We contacted Debbie and employed her as our buyers agent to help us through this process. She took our deion of exactly what we were looking for and where we wanted to buy and she went to work narrowing our search to a few definite possibilities. The 3rd property that we looked at was 24 Rebecca Way in Plympton, MA. and we knew the instant we walked in, that it WAS THE ONE! Debbie made the negotiations and the closing processes hassle free and made sure that every "i" was dotted and every "t" was crossed.
Debbie Glass is a realtor of integrity and commitment and strives to provide a level of service unmatched by other women in the business. I ought to know because not only are these the qualities of a great realtor, they are also the best qualities that a son could ask for in a mother. Thanks for everything mom!
In the end we found this house near the bay, the one that I sit in right now as I write this, this place with newly painted walls, with our spices in the kitchen cabinet, with fire in our wood stove, and with the cat that wanders from room to room still trying to figure out why she is in this new and exciting place. We never would have found our ‘home’ if Debbie had tried to push us towards that first ‘house.’
Towards the end of our sale, Debbie asked us to choose a charity where she would donate 10% of her commission. We chose Habitat for Humanity, and in my response to her I wrote the following:
"I think that it's wonderful that you do this, and I am particularly impressed with the level of charity that you choose to give. I do a small part with various different charities. Beth and I plan to make charitable donations in lieu of wedding favors, and I've been sponsoring a child in Guatemala for the past six or eight years. I believe that if everyone does at least a little bit, just picks up even one small corner of the burden, then together we can lift the weight."
Both Beth and I are grateful that we made Debbie our realtor. We didn’t just feel comfortable with Debbie, we truly liked her. There were only two bad things about the closing: first, we had to sign our names a bazillion times, and second, we knew we weren’t going to be working with Debbie anymore.
